Women were confident to the four walls of the house and restricted from participating in social, religious and economic activities of the family. It was a challenge for Roshini to empower these women and direct them to make use of the potentials within. Hence to improve their socio-economic situation, build up leadership skills and to bring about awareness of their rights, skill trainings groups were formed today 400 and more women are self employed .
