We are working for the empowerment of both men and women especially for women strengthening them by providing necessary information to be the representative members of the each local gram panchyats of Haveri district Karnataka. We are approaching the people to ensured and to promote good Governance in the society. It was Roshni’s Contribution to bring amendment in the Karnataka Panchayat Raj Act where in women grama sabha was introduced in the Act. Roshni trains elected women representatives to function effectively in the local government by conducting continues trainings.
