Aids & Appliances Distribution and Parents’ Capacity Building


A programme benefiting 39 participants distributed assistive devices to children with disabilities. Parents received training on the proper use of aids, home-based rehabilitation, and disability care to promote children’s independence and overall development.

Nutrition Support Programme (Shiggaon)


A Nutrition Support Programme was conducted for 37 participants. Dr. Pradeep assessed children’s health and developmental progress, prepared individualized intervention plans, distributed nutrition support, and educated parents on child health, hygiene, and regular follow-up care.

Nutrition Support and Medical Intervention


A Nutrition Support and Medical Intervention Programme was conducted for 40 participants. Dr. Pradeep reviewed each child’s health and developmental progress, prepared individualized intervention plans, and guided parents on nutrition, hygiene, and follow-up care. Nutrition supplements were distributed to beneficiary families.

Environmental Awareness Programme


Janavedike leaders and members of the Progressive Organization organized an environmental awareness programme at Kumareshwar Park, Hangal. Shri N. M. Pujar, Shri Basavaraj Kothambari, Shri Raghunath Gaikwad, and Sr. Anita D’Souza participated in the programme, during which 25 saplings were planted to promote environmental conservation.

Skill India Livelihood Training


In collaboration with SIDAK and the District Skill Development Department, 35 beneficiaries participated in livelihood skill training that enhanced technical competencies, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.

Skill Development Training for BPL Families


A Skill Development Training Programme benefited 70 participants. Smt. Rashmi Shirahatti served as the resource person under the chairmanship of Shri K. F. Naiker, Programme Officer. The programme improved participants’ employability and livelihood skills.

Sewing Skill Training Programme


A Sewing Skill Training Programme was organized for 40 women. Sr. Shanthi, Assistant Director, Roshni Trust, served as the resource person, while Mr. Mookappa Jadar, Panchayat Secretary, presided over the programme. The training enhanced vocational skills and promoted self-employment opportunities.

Parents’ Capacity Building Programme


A Champion Mother Training Programme was conducted for 30 participants. Mr. Praveen and Ms. Meenakshi M.B. served as the resource persons and trained mothers to integrate learning activities into daily routines to support children’s cognitive, communication, and social development.

A training programme for 21 participants was facilitated by Mr. Praveen and Mr. Manjangauda H. The programme focused on play-based learning, communication, cognitive development, and home-based rehabilitation practices.

A Parents’ Training Programme involving 27 participants was facilitated by Mr. Kumar Praveen and Ms. Meenakshi M.B. Parents were trained on structured home routines, communication methods, and developmental activities to support children with disabilities.
